We've gone the Full Fronti. Otherwise known as Muscat à petits grains, this Fronti is about to take Hong Kong by storm.It's not as sweet as its fortified counterpart, the Muscat, but it has the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. The Barossa Valley is home to some of the world’s oldest Frontignac vineyards and this wine was made from one of the region’s finest.


"This was a collaboration wine in the truest sense. It was our first go at a low alcohol, off-dry wine and we are amazed at the outcome. After being handpicked and whole bunch pressed, the clear juice was fermented at low temperatures before being arrested prior to dryness at which point we had arrived at the perfect balance between natural acidity and sweetness."


Pair with Asian foods and with cheese and fruit platters. Best consumed nice and cold during the summer months. This wine doubles up as a starter and a finisher to a long lazy meal. For something a little different, try adding ice cubes and a couple of mint leaves. Bellissimo!


It is not for everybody but has a place somewhere. Sweeter by design, and it hits the target. Good wine.
