All Saints Estate are the proud producers of some of Victoria's best small batch wines. At Wine Brothers we love the work they are doing.
The family team of Nick, Angela and Eliza Brown are legendary in their passion - part old school, part modern, full of class in everything they do. They are committed to producing wine in a castle, with 5-tonne concrete fermenters, using a basket press from 1883. Small batch at its finest!
FROM THE WINEMAKER
Made from estate grown Marsanne grapes hand-picked in the cool of the morning, destemmed and crushed into the press on arrival at the winery. The juice is cold settled for 36 hours before being racked and then inoculated with yeast. The wine is fermented to dryness in stainless steel tanks before its transfer into premium French oak barrels which had aged the previous vintage of Family Cellar Marsanne. The wine matures on full lees for three months adding texture and complexity.
Marsanne is a native of the Côtes du Rhône appellation in Southern France where along with Viognier and Rousanne it is one of the main white wine varieties of the region.
This dry white wine is rated 93 points with James Halliday 2017 Halliday Wine Companion.
FOOD MATCH
The Marsanne's fuller texture makes it very food friendly, lending itself to seafood and other dishes based around lighter white meats such as turkey or veal.
JC SCORE 9/10
On of our favourite white wines in the range. It has some real body and texture to it.
REVIEWS
"A vibrant, juicy and delicious wine with lemon curd flavours plus a little attractive beeswax. The wine has excellent flavour intensity, energy, liveliness and length. An easy wine to love and enjoy."

"This was a collaboration wine in the truest sense. It was our first go at a low alcohol, off-dry wine and we are amazed at the outcome. After being handpicked and whole bunch pressed, the clear juice was fermented at low temperatures before being arrested prior to dryness at which point we had arrived at the perfect balance between natural acidity and sweetness."
FOOD MATCH
Pair with Asian foods and with cheese and fruit platters. Best consumed nice and cold during the summer months. This wine doubles up as a starter and a finisher to a long lazy meal. For something a little different, try adding ice cubes and a couple of mint leaves. Bellissimo!

Excitement levels high are high at Wine Brothers HQ for this wine! This wine oooooozes summer (AKA Hong Kong for 10 months of the year). Sweet, spritzy and loads of fun.
Chances are this wine is not similar to anything you currently drink (hold on, don't stop reading now just yet, just because it's different, it does not make it wrong...).The naturally occurring spritz and sweetness in this Australian white wine are enhanced by the refreshing crisp acidity on the palate. Moscato is a wonderful anytime-in-summer drink and accompanies fresh fruits and desserts very well.
FROM THE WINEMAKER
The spritz and the sweetness are both naturally occurring in this wine. After harvesting, crushing and pressing, the juice ferments. This fermentation is carried out by yeast that consumes the sugar and produces alcohol and carbon dioxide gas. The ferment is then stopped just over half way through, and kept really cold. By doing this, some of the sugar remains, the wine is low in alcohol and lots of carbon dioxide is produced.
FOOD MATCHING
Our Rutherglen region Moscato is a cheeky alternative to Sparkling Wine or Champagne as an apperitif, and is the perfect partner to lightly spiced dishes. With wonderful sweet grapey flavour it is best to drink whilst spritzy and young. It is also the perfect partner to light blue cheese styles.
JC SCORE 8/10
A great wine for what it was intended for. Low-fizz, low alcohol white wine has its place. Moscato has its place. Will be enjoyed by those that like this style - go your hardest.

The team at 5OS rarely, if ever, let us down. They love pushing the boundaries and putting together a portfolio of unique wines. This wine is unique enough in conception (a kitchen sink full of varieties), however, came out the other end with a pretty respectable look about it. Typical 5OS...
FROM THE WINEMAKER
Just starting to look its age, and all the better for it. Musky, Fronti type aromas leap out of the glass, with a hint of aged Riesling character in amongst it all as well. I really like the viscosity of the palate, heaps of texture but there’s a citrus tartness that whips it back into shape just when it feels like it’s about to spread. Can’t imagine this jumps off the shelf, but in fairness it probably should. Should hang in there for a couple more years as well. Nice drink.

Give this wine something with a bit of substance to mix in with. Thinking white fish, maybe chicken.
