    •  Gruner Veltliner, a white grape variety heralding from Europe, has great potential in Australia. The variety is relatively unknown outside the winemaking community; however there are huge aspirations for it as the perfect summer go to white wine, with its ability to showcase its origin, leaving the winemaker as a mere bystander at times. Wine Brothers have brought this wine to Hong Kong to satisfy during the summer and spring heat - get outside, grab an ice bucket and a bottle of Gruner - the classiest way to stay refreshed!

“Purity and depth of flavour is a hallmark of the best examples of this grape from Austria, and we were conscious not to push it too far, a short spell in a bit of seasoned oak didn't do it any harm either, just softening it up a bit and further building on the mid palate. We love the texture of this wine, it's somewhere between a riesling and a chardonnay, which considering these are our two favourite whites, it's rarified ground. We are expecting it to gather further complexity and continue to drink well over the next 5 – 7 years and even beyond”
