The Long Yarn Sauvignon Blanc is refreshing and crisp to taste, with a brilliant white-gold colour. The nose exhibits grassy and herbaceous qualities, whilst tropical fruits such as passionfruit and lychee tickle the taste buds. The acidity and citrus hints in the mid palate lends this wine to food pairings with South East Asian cuisine.
We've gone the Full Fronti. Otherwise known as Muscat à petits grains, this Frontignac is about to take Hong Kong by storm. It's not as sweet as its fortified counterpart, the Muscat, but it has the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.
The Barossa Valley is home to some of the world’s oldest Frontignac vineyards and this wine was made from one of the region’s finest.
In the words of the Winemaker himself:
"This was a collaboration wine in the truest sense. It was our first go at a low alcohol, off dry wine and we are amazed at the outcome. After being handpicked and whole bunch pressed, the clear juice was fermented at low temperatures before being arrested prior to dryness at which point we had arrived at the perfect balance between natural acidity and sweetness."

Be gone sweet Rieslings. Be gone. Hailing from one of the great Riesling growing regions of the world, The Eden Valley, this Riesling is a classic dry Australian Riesling.
The Long Yarn Riesling is balanced across the palate with medium weight and delicate viscosity. The palate has unmistakable Riesling characteristics consisting of grapefruit, sherbet, slight chalky notes and plenty of lime zest. Green apple and jasmine on the nose with a pleasing acidity on the palate. This Riesling has the structure which will see it age nicely, if you can bear to wait that is. Enjoy it as early in the day as lunch time, or pair it with fish for dinner.
