These guys are Australian gin making royalty,

and for good reason - they never let us down. 

Each year they release a limited edition Christmas gin.

Unique flavour profile, custom artwork and without fail

- an awesome gin. We have taken everything we can of this little beauty. It will, and always does, sell out. The first bottle is sitting under our little Hong Kong stick Christmas tree now (empty unfortunately- we couldn't wait). 
To make this special annual release Cam distills Christmas puddings, then ages this gin for a year in 100-year-old Muscat barrels. The gin has aromatics of classic juniper and a hint of cinnamon, backed up with a rich palate and a hint

of sweetness from the Muscat
Pair it with CAPI Spicy Ginger Beer. A little ice.

 Christmas has come early. 


Each year Wilma would make Christmas puddings on Victoria Derby Day while the rest of the family watched the races. So a couple of years ago, on Derby Day, Cam put some puds made to her recipe in the botanical basket of Wilma (our still) and distilled a gin. He was also working on a gin aged in our collection of 80-year-old muscat barrels. So he decided to blend these together and add a tweak of Classic Rutherglen Muscat. The result smells like gin and tastes like Christmas.


Lucy was born in Melbourne but now lives and works in Berlin, sharing her uniquely modern Australian creativity with the world. Lucy turns found objects into handmade collages full of nostalgia, whimsy and detail. In this artwork, Lucy reimagines the warmth, closeness and togetherness of a traditional Christmas Day and places it in a surreal Australian landscape with Wilma’s pudding at the centre, enough for all of us to share. Because across the years and around the world, Christmas Day is always a special time to share with our closest family and friends.

  • Add gin and bitters to a highball glass over ice
  • Squeeze in half a lime and top with ginger beer or ale
