Wine Brothers loves small batch, direct sourced Australian wine. Feather & Bone loves fresh produce. Ergo, Wine Brothers and Feather & Bone are excited to introduce the good folk of Happy Valley to Hugh Hamilton over his delicious wines paired with scrumptious cheeses, meats and so much more.
Hugh is the fifth generation of the family that planted the first vineyards in South Australia in 1837, less than one year after European settlement of the colony. The Hamilton family are excited to celebrate 180 years of unbroken winemaking tradition in 2017.
As with all families one is a black sheep and Hugh Hamilton is it. His wines are far from ordinary. Hugh has a clear vision about the way he sees wines and he produces accordingly. He is a firm believer in the wine and food experience. Both are great, especially in the company of good friends and lively conversation.
Join us for dinner with Hugh at our favourite Happy Valley neighbourhood restaurant, Feather & Bone. General Manager Mark Chan and Head Chef Eric Taluy have put together a 5 course menu which will delight the senses. It wouldn't be a Feather & Bone experience without a cheese and wine pairing section and some of Happy Valley's favourite beef.
