Like a citrus fruit on a skateboard, this one’s zippy and zesty with plenty of fruity, floral notes like elderflower, blackcurrant and orange blossom to keep you well and truly entertained.

We can’t help but get around this Adelaide Hills winemaker. His small batch ethos? To make wines that’ll be “loved by some rather than liked by all”. Michael is a champion of super specific terroirs. A past life as a Sotheby’s jewellery evaluator serves him well as he meticulously observes wine subtleties. "Hand-picked from the historic Stonegarden vineyard on the 4th of March, 68% fermented on skins and pressed to barrel, all matured for nine months in barrel. Blended with 20% Roussanne from Greenock in the Barossa Valley. Our project Blanc harnesses the exuberant varietal composition of the Stonegarden field blend while bringing the quinine notes and golden hue of skin-contact fermentation."
