FROM THE WINEMAKER
Grapes for this Shiraz are sourced from our growers in the Barossa Valley. The well ripened grapes are carefully de-stemmed and crushed to fermenters where they are macerated in a way to minimise extraction of hard tannins. All providing a rich and generous nose and mouthfeel. This is achieved with less vigorous maceration and lower fermentation temperatures."
The easy option is a classic - Steak. Enjoy with a thick rib-eye steak and roasted veggies.
