FROM THE WINEMAKER

"From premium vineyards in the Adelaide Hills (one in the North and two in the South), grapes were hand picked with fruit at optimum ripeness for good flavour and natural acids. It was then fermented cool with 20% new oak and 10% malolactic to aid texture."

Very enjoyable and great value.

Stone fruits, creamy, decent body, and not overly oaky. Pleasantly surprised by this one!
