FROM THE WINEMAKER
From premium vineyards in South Australia, grapes were hand picked then fermented with a small portion of whole bunch (about 5%) for complexity. The wine was then added to 600ltr barrels for maturation, a portion of which had seen 30% new oak the rest was consigned to old oak.FOOD MATCHING
