A powerful mix of six Portuguese varieties, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Cao, Tinta Amarela, Alvarelhao, Roriz and Sousao. A party for your nose - Fragrant with wild berries and cardamom spices, some nettle and charcuterie complexity. Powerful fruit and licorice come from the Touriga Naçional whilst the Tinta Cão brings bright fruit energy. Tinta Roriz brings a savoury depth to the palate to compliment the Tinta Amarela’s floral and bay leaf herbal lift. And the finesse of Alvarelhão and the acidity of the Sousão bring everything together to make a cracking wine!


Yarra Yering has been an iconic vineyard at the foot of the Warramate Hills in the Yarra Valley since 1969. Every since the founder Dr. Bailey Carrodus planted the vines in 1969 it has gained an international reputation for quality and individuality. It is frequently named among the top Yarra Valley wineries, Yarra Yering’s proud tradition is being continued to great acclaim by current winemaker Sarah Crowe.

Fragrant with wild berries and cardamom spices, some nettle and charcuterie complexity. Leading with the powerful fruit and licorice spice of Touriga Naçional, the Tinta Cão lends its bright and fragrant blue fruit energy. Tinta Roriz brings a savoury depth to the palate to compliment the Tinta Amarela’s floral and bay leaf herbal lift. To tie everything together the finesse of Alvarelhão and the acidity of the Sousão tightens and drives the long palate.
