This Merlot is not for the faint-hearted. L-Platers, take off your training wheels, it's time to party with the big boys (or brothers). We thought it was about time the great people of Hong Kong got their hands on a Merlot with some grunt, so we went and got you one with the whole engine room. This Merlot is a conversation starter, and it's scrumptious to boot!
With only 40 cases of this wine in Hong Kong, grab it like its hot.

Then came 2013. You loved it.
Here is 2014. You will love it.
Same vineyard, same winemaker, same legendary small batch mentality.
Late last year we introduced you to the wonderful world of Nero. And it went bang! In just three short months, we sold out of all our precious stock and left our customers wanting more...
We have answered your call!
A series of Italian varieties grown in the heart of McLaren Vale, this beauty is unique before you even crack the top (Beauty refers to the wine and/or the lady on the label. Your choice).
With drinkability as the benchmark, the Nero get's a 10/10 from us.
A blend of Nero d’Avola, Touriga, Montepulciano, Sangiovese and Sagrantino. A savoury European styled wine. Medium bodied with a touch of dry tannins but countering sweetness from the fruit.
Clean and crisp but alluring and very drinkable in its youth.View full product details
The Long Yarn Sauvignon Blanc is refreshing and crisp to taste, with a brilliant white-gold colour. The nose exhibits grassy and herbaceous qualities, whilst tropical fruits such as passionfruit and lychee tickle the taste buds. The acidity and citrus hints in the mid palate lends this wine to food pairings with South East Asian cuisine.
Gruner Veltliner, a white grape variety heralding from Europe, has great potential in Australia. The variety is relatively unknown outside the winemaking community; however there are huge aspirations for it as the perfect summer go to white wine, with its ability to showcase its origin, leaving the winemaker as a mere bystander at times. Wine Brothers have brought this wine to Hong Kong to satisfy during the summer and spring heat - get outside, grab an ice bucket and a bottle of Gruner - the classiest way to stay refreshed!
“Purity and depth of flavour is a hallmark of the best examples of this grape from Austria, and we were conscious not to push it too far, a short spell in a bit of seasoned oak didn't do it any harm either, just softening it up a bit and further building on the mid palate. We love the texture of this wine, it's somewhere between a riesling and a chardonnay, which considering these are our two favourite whites, it's rarified ground. We are expecting it to gather further complexity and continue to drink well over the next 5 – 7 years and even beyond”
Steve Grimley - Winemaker
Be gone sweet Rieslings. Be gone. Hailing from one of the great Riesling growing regions of the world, The Eden Valley, this Riesling is a classic dry Australian Riesling.
The Long Yarn Riesling is balanced across the palate with medium weight and delicate viscosity. The palate has unmistakable Riesling characteristics consisting of grapefruit, sherbet, slight chalky notes and plenty of lime zest. Green apple and jasmine on the nose with a pleasing acidity on the palate. This Riesling has the structure which will see it age nicely, if you can bear to wait that is. Enjoy it as early in the day as lunch time, or pair it with fish for dinner.
We've gone the Full Fronti. Otherwise known as Muscat à petits grains, this Frontignac is about to take Hong Kong by storm. It's not as sweet as its fortified counterpart, the Muscat, but it has the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.
The Barossa Valley is home to some of the world’s oldest Frontignac vineyards and this wine was made from one of the region’s finest.
In the words of the Winemaker himself:
"This was a collaboration wine in the truest sense. It was our first go at a low alcohol, off dry wine and we are amazed at the outcome. After being handpicked and whole bunch pressed, the clear juice was fermented at low temperatures before being arrested prior to dryness at which point we had arrived at the perfect balance between natural acidity and sweetness."

Pair with Asian foods and with cheese and fruit platters. Best consumed nice and cold during the summer months. This wine doubles up as a starter and a finisher to a long lazy meal. For something a little different, try adding ice cubes and a couple of mint leaves. Bellissimo!
Australia makes the best Shiraz in the world.
Everybody loves a bit of sparkle in their life.
What do you get if you cross a shiraz and a sparkling? That's right, you get the sweet sweet nectar that is Sparkling Shiraz (it's not actually sweet, just fruit driven).
If you've not yet been introduced to the marvels of succulent red bubbles, wait no more... We've found you a McLaren Vale shiraz, and turned it in to a party!
This baby is full bodied with an abundance of middle palate texture and a long vibrant finish. An invigorating fizz will carry fresh notes of blackberries and cherries across the palate. Fear not, the fruit does not come at the expense of the spice which you would expect from a well structured shiraz.
Quintessentially (South) Australian, this intriguing wine will pair well with a wide variety of fresh food and circumstance. Pair it like you would a pinot - duck, BBQ pork and... anything really. The best thing about this wine is that you can drink it all day, and all night long.
Put these two things together and you are off to the races in a big way! This wine represents everything that Wine Brothers prides itself on - pushing the boundaries, being unique and having a sh**load of fun!View full product details
