The naturally occurring spritz and sweetness in this Australian white wine are enhanced by the refreshing crisp acidity on the palate. Moscato is a wonderful anytime-in-summer drink and accompanies fresh fruits and desserts very well.
Our Rutherglen region Moscato is a cheeky alternative to Sparkling Wine or Champagne as an apperitif, and is the perfect partner to lightly spiced dishes. With wonderful sweet grapey flavour it is best to drink whilst spritzy and young. It is also the perfect partner to light blue cheese styles.View full product details
We've gone the Full Fronti. Otherwise known as Muscat à petits grains, this Frontignac is about to take Hong Kong by storm. It's not as sweet as its fortified counterpart, the Muscat, but it has the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.
The Barossa Valley is home to some of the world’s oldest Frontignac vineyards and this wine was made from one of the region’s finest.
In the words of the Winemaker himself:
"This was a collaboration wine in the truest sense. It was our first go at a low alcohol, off dry wine and we are amazed at the outcome. After being handpicked and whole bunch pressed, the clear juice was fermented at low temperatures before being arrested prior to dryness at which point we had arrived at the perfect balance between natural acidity and sweetness."

Pair with Asian foods and with cheese and fruit platters. Best consumed nice and cold during the summer months. This wine doubles up as a starter and a finisher to a long lazy meal. For something a little different, try adding ice cubes and a couple of mint leaves. Bellissimo!
Be gone sweet Rieslings. Be gone. Hailing from one of the great Riesling growing regions of the world, The Eden Valley, this Riesling is a classic dry Australian Riesling.
The Long Yarn Riesling is balanced across the palate with medium weight and delicate viscosity. The palate has unmistakable Riesling characteristics consisting of grapefruit, sherbet, slight chalky notes and plenty of lime zest. Green apple and jasmine on the nose with a pleasing acidity on the palate. This Riesling has the structure which will see it age nicely, if you can bear to wait that is. Enjoy it as early in the day as lunch time, or pair it with fish for dinner.
The Long Yarn Sauvignon Blanc is refreshing and crisp to taste, with a brilliant white-gold colour. The nose exhibits grassy and herbaceous qualities, whilst tropical fruits such as passionfruit and lychee tickle the taste buds. The acidity and citrus hints in the mid palate lends this wine to food pairings with South East Asian cuisine.
Just starting to look its age, and all the better for it. Musky, Fronti type aromas leap out of the glass, with a hint of aged Riesling character in amongst it all as well. I really like the viscosity of the palate, heaps of texture but there’s a citrus tartness that whips it back into shape just when it feels like it’s about to spread. Can’t imagine this jumps off the shelf, but in fairness it probably should. Should hang in there for a couple more years as well. Nice drink.

Gruner Veltliner, a white grape variety heralding from Europe, has great potential in Australia. The variety is relatively unknown outside the winemaking community; however there are huge aspirations for it as the perfect summer go to white wine, with its ability to showcase its origin, leaving the winemaker as a mere bystander at times. Wine Brothers have brought this wine to Hong Kong to satisfy during the summer and spring heat - get outside, grab an ice bucket and a bottle of Gruner - the classiest way to stay refreshed!
“Purity and depth of flavour is a hallmark of the best examples of this grape from Austria, and we were conscious not to push it too far, a short spell in a bit of seasoned oak didn't do it any harm either, just softening it up a bit and further building on the mid palate. We love the texture of this wine, it's somewhere between a riesling and a chardonnay, which considering these are our two favourite whites, it's rarified ground. We are expecting it to gather further complexity and continue to drink well over the next 5 – 7 years and even beyond”

Light to medium bodied with a hint of minerality characteristic to the region this Australian white wine from the Victoria's Rutherglen region is well balanced with great structure. The Marsanne's fuller texture makes it very food friendly, lending itself to seafood and other dishes based around lighter white meats such as turkey or veal.
Made from estate grown Marsanne grapes to create a crisp, refreshing wine packed with the distinctive fruit flavours of lemon, peach and honey.
This dry white wine is rated 93 points with James Halliday 2017 Halliday Wine Companion.View full product details
All the joys of this Australian wine are in its fresh zesty fruit and crisp flavours. However carefully it is cellared, these flavours will begin to change after 18 months to 2 years. Chenin is one of those Rutherglen region wines that can age brilliantly if left long enough. At five years and beyond it re-emerges as a soft, honeyed wine of great complexity. Chenin Blanc is a versatile style which can fit almost anywhere in the cellar.
"We simply start in the vineyard by selecting the grapes from the best possible site in the most appropriate growing areas for Chardonnay, which is in the Adelaide Hills. This is a subtly complex wine, composed from a single batch of fruit, the majority of which was tank-fermented and matured; supplemented by inclusion of a proportion fermented and aged on lees in French oak barrels."
-Hugh Hamilton, Winemaker
Asian or European food pairing? Your choice!
Smoking gun, The Glock , M60, wine cannon , some gun reference - Chenin Blanc
Flinty funky sulphidic gold, 100% barrel fermented , single vineyard Chenin Blanc from Gods own county. Think gunsmoke , think chipped shell, think unchained minerality with an acid structure that does not quit. If you liked Chenin in the 90’s you won’t like this.View full product details
This is the Red Headed Step Child of Riesling.
Fruit Sourced from the same vineyard as our Super Model' Reisling; however it has been treated with a hint of abandonment.
Whole juice, barrel fermented, unfiltered, unfined, unruly. Left alone in the corner of the shed to ferment; this wine has to act up to get heard.
Personality plus but I wonder is it only a face a mother could love?View full product details
